How it works?

Voltaren Emulgen contains the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, diclofenac. Diclofenac inhibits the activity of the COX enzyme, creating an anti-imflammatory and pain-relieving effect.
How to use it?

Adults and children aged 12 years and above: Apply over the affected area 3 or 4 times daily. The amount needed depends on the size of the painful area: 2g to 4g (quantity ranging in size from a cherry to a walnut) is sufficient for an area of 400-800 cm2. After application the hands should be washed unless they are the site being treated.

Voltaren Emulgel is used for the relief of pain, inflammation and swelling in soft tissue injuries: trauma of the tendon, ligament, muscles and joints e.g. due to sprains, strains, bruises and backache. It can also be used for the relief of pain of non-serious osteoarthritis.
